Why was Michael afraid of dogs?

I mean he had lions, snakes, etc. Any reason that toi know of to explain why he would be afraid?

He never a dit he was afraid of dogs. He's had chiens before in his childhood and for his children. There's a phone convo recorded toi hear him talking to one of his chiens in the 2000's.

He only a dit he was afraid of Elizabeth Taylor's little white dog. Why? I have noooo clue! probably bites at him ou something lol

edit: actually if I recall correctly, he a dit he didn't LIKE the dog, not afraid of it
