HUGE PROBLEM PLS HELP!!!!!

My hotmail doesn't work. it doesn't let me log in. says the mot de passe is incorrect but it isn't and it send a msg to my sister to lend me money( 1400pounds)that I've been robbed... Is there any way to solve this problem ou I have to make a new account?
I already tried to make it but it doesn't let says there are some difficulities...
