We are happy to confirmer that Madonna will rejoindre the upcoming étoile, star studded Telethon to air on every major network this coming Friday evening.
Organized and hosted par George Clooney, the Telethon is set to raise millions for the citizens of Haiti, which were affected par the récent earthquake.
‘Hope For Haiti’ Telethon Info
Several major broadcast networks and cable channels will air MTV Networks’ “Hope for Haiti,” an all-star telethon for Haitian earthquake relief, on Jan. 22.
Networks montrer the telethon are ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, CNN, BET, the CW, HBO, MTV, VH1 and CMT. It will also be available internationally. The montrer is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. Eastern time and will run commercial-free.
Haitian-born entertainer Wyclef Jean will helm the montrer from New York, and George Clooney will host the Los Angeles part. CNN’s Anderson Cooper will be in Haiti.
The montrer will benefit Jean’s Yele Haiti Foundation, as well as UNICEF, Oxfam America, Partners in Health, and the Red Cross.
