I don't really think Shannon liked Jack so I thought Locke. However like you said Boone would have picked Locke and Sayid picked Jack so I think she would have been torn by that fact.

I think she would have been worried about Boone going off without her. Sayid could take care of himself. Besides, I think if she had been alive and followed Locke, Sayid would probably have followed her. Everything might have changed.
