Finrod Felagund: If toi have read The Silmarillion then toi know who this is. He is the brother of Galadriel and built the original Minas Tirith on Tol Sirion, and also Nargothrond. He was a friend to the Dwarves and gave them many jewels; in return they gave him the Nauglamir, the collier of the Dwarves. He was also a friend to men, and went into their camp at night and played the harp. He then got the Elves permission to guide the Men to lands where they could live. Later on when he was surrounded par enemies he was saved par Barahir, and in return he gave Barahir his ring, which was passed down to his descendants all the way to Aragorn who wears it in the Lord of the Rings. He later accompanied Beren, Barahir's son in his quest for the Silmaril and fought with Sauron using songs of power. Finrod and Beren were imprisoned in Morgoth's dungeons, and Finrod eventually died defending Beren from Werewolves. Because of his heroism he was reincarnated and allowed to dwell in Valinor with Amarie, who he loved.
I think my favori elf is either Elrond ou Legolas. I know everyone says Legolas, but seriously, he's epic. Elrond though... There's just something about him the creeps me out, and I like it. :D
I have to say that I like most of them, including: Legolas(especially, not dealing with the fact that I ADORE him), Arwen, Elrond(Agent Smith is EPIC) and that Elf escort in ROTK.
Nobody likes Galadriel? Duh =( Well, she's my favori character from LoTR as a whole... She's so mysterious and dignified and beautiful and generous and understanding and can be dangerous and is carrying one of the rings and she managed to drastically change Gimli's oppinion of elves and, and, and... [gasp] She's awesome.
