​Little Mix\'s Jade Thirlwall has followed in the footsteps of Zayn Malik, Noah Cyrus and Hilary Duff (to name just a few) and dyed her hair 50 shades of grey.

Well, TECHNICALLY it is just one shade of grey, but who are we to resist the urge of a pun?

Jade posted a snap of her killer new silver-grey \'do on Instagram, giving us instant life and all the hair goals.

Yep, as if all this silver-grey-haired inspiration didn\'t already have us reaching for the hair dye, the fact that Jade\'s new hair looks better than a freshly baked batch of cookies definitely has us googling \'will grey hair suit me?\'.

Sharing the pic on Instagram, she wrote: "grey...shante you stay thank you @shivvvey and @headmastersuk @hminspires for my new colour!"

Jade\'s make-up was also looking bloody gorgeous too, as she rocked a silver eyeshadow to match her new locks.

It\'s been a huge week for the girls, who found out that not only will they be performing at this year\'s BRIT Awards, but they\'ve also picked up TWO nominations for \'Black Magic\'.

We repeat: YAAAAAAS. It\'s about time, right?
