Not a day goes by where Little Mix look anything LESS than uber glam and gorge - but at last night\'s party for their new album Get Weird, the gal pals looked better than ev-uh. ​

Turning up to Bodo\'s Schloss in London (verrrry Made In Chelsea, babes) the girls posed for pics outside and looked ruddy gawgeous. 

Jade was slayin\' left, right and centre in a gorge zip-up black mini, with sheer cut out panels and embroidered blue flowers on the arms. Her hair was mega sleek and she wore loads of super flutterly lashes and a matte rose-coloured lip. TOTAL BABE.  

Leigh-Anne looked INCRED in all white e\'rythan - with some wide legged trousers and sheer white buttoned blouse. She flashed a lacy khaki bra underneath, kept her hair poker straight and KILLED it with a dark plummy lip. 

Pez looked sexaaaaay in an all black jumpsuit with her hair maaaaajorly glossy and gorge. She kept her makeup all smouldering too with hella dark eyes and a total nude lip. 

Where as Jesy looked all out BABEIN, in super short studded shorts, a velvet blazer and lacy black bra. Ooooh.

Her hair was loose n long and she rocked a killer purple lip that we think looks AHHHMAZING.
