maybe Veigar considering his HUGE amount of AP he gains from farming. on the other hand, he's pretty easy to kill (IF HE DOESN'T STUN toi AND KILL toi FIRST)

i would like to say Teemo but at the same time... i've faced so many useless Teemos and have had even plus useless ones in my team (don't understand how... he's literally one of the simplest champions out there)
not sure if Teemo really should be nerfed. it could be my burning rage and hatred for that murder-machine disguised as an all-too-cute little guy that's just wishing he'd get nerfed.

Warwick should be nerfed. (That is, when his opponent might be a too good player that uses either Soraka ou Vayne (After all,both are Warwick's rivals))
