Well, the final numbers have been crunched and the end result is something we pretty much suspected all along: 2009 was a very big an for Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga and the late, great King of Pop, Michael Jackson.

Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" was supposed to be the biggest album of the year. It was supposed to be the "voice of our generation," as the pop étoile, star herself proclaimed.
