can toi figure this riddle out?

THE FRIEND OF MY ENEMY IS MY ENEMY BUT MY FRIEND , FOR MY ENEMY IF MY FRIEND AND MY FRIENEMY TO THE END.

i made this tell me your thoughts ou so if toi think toi have figured this out. and please tell me what toi think it means ou rate how hard ou easy this was.
