This is really for Pabolj. But this method may work for toi if your reading. I sleep very easily often,but I hope this work for you. Your lit schedule suppose to help toi sleep normally fine...
1.Go to lit on time and never try to stay up.
2.Take sleeping pills if it works...XD
3. Take naps and toi will be use to plus sleeping.
4. Avoid high sugar ou caffeine because it can keep toi up.
5.Listen to lullaby's, MDR just kidding it won't really work unless it does.
6.Listening to slow songs in a low volume ou other genres.
7.Eat...Sleep...Repeat...Eat...Sleep...Repeat.
8.If toi try to sleep,go to a quiet room and relax in a comfortable canapé ou bed.
9.Do not drink Energy drinks ou Gatorade ou Powerade.
10.Do all of these steps ou at least 7 and toi will improve.
If toi have any other things toi want to ask for me to make an article on...I don't mind. Just go to lit kids, and don't let the lit bugs bite!
