Last week, Katy Perry lit up the red carpet at the MET Gala thanks to a specially designed robe made of LED lights.
The pop étoile, star went to the event with the designer of the CuteCircuit dress. The designer made the dress glow par using concealed tiny fairy lights beneath an off-the-shoulder white gown.
The result: a dress that glowed neon couleurs as Katy walked in. She caused quite a stir with the dress, but we are not so sure that we like it. Maybe if it had been a different color, something other than neon yellow...

Katy looked into it further to find out that the press publishing this news had found out about Russell's plans because he had been seen ordering the ring in a jewelry shop.
