Justin Bieber has officially passed Britney Spears in number of Twitter followers. He has about 32,000 plus followers than the récent 'Glee' guest star. However, the 16-year-old pop singer is still trailing Lady Gaga par over 1 million followers. So, what exactly will it take to push Bieber over the top?

Right now, Justin has 6.5 million devoted followers, while Gaga has 7.6 million. In August, Internet research company Famecount.com a dit that Justin is the fastest growing account on the Twitter, and, at a rate of almost 800,000 new followers per month, the site estimated that he would surpass Gaga in followers par February.
