Hello my lovely beautiful besties! So as some of toi may know, I recently had a health scare - I thought I had cancer, but now I'm pretty sure I don't! Before I had this scare, my bf and I decided to start up a small business where we craft things! We had gone to Hobby Lobby and spent a small fortune but hadn't started yet until after my health scare. I have discovered I l’amour junk journaling! It is just a different way of scrapbooking using...well, junk! I have made it as aléatoire as can be so far so let's have a look!
This was literally my very first spread. I made this as a tribute to my bf & I!
This was my first page with a "pocket" ou envelope. I couldn't figure out how to make an envelope so I just made a makeshift pocket instead. I plan to put stuff in there.
My bf picked out this page entirely, I just chose the layout! It is so empty compared to other pages because I plan to use it for actual journaling!
This is my fall orchard page! The thick bar on the left of the journal is kind of like a bookmark since I didn't cut it off at the page end and instead just folded it over.
One of my favori pages so far!! rose is my favorite, of course!
I only just started this one. I haven't decided what I'm going to put on it yet. It might be a winter theme.
THIS is my personal favori so far. It came out exactly the way I envisioned it and I am very proud of it!
My first fully covered journal spread. I put large jewels on it too so now the book doesn't close lol
I had to have a Christmas page! I'm actually going to have several Christmas pages. The card on the right actually opens up like a real card (because it is one!) and has some stickers inside. I will probably create another pocket for the inside.
For this page, I just used some leftover room decor I had purchased from Amazon.
So what do y'all think? Should I keep up this hobby ou give it up for something I'm better at? 😂 Wait, don't answer that! I personally l’amour it, and I l’amour that toi can make totally aléatoire pages from "junk". I have cut apart coupons, nourriture ads, soda can boxes, old magazines...I'm excited to continue!
