So, since I am self quarantining and am not going to work until April 2nd, I thought it would be fun to write an article of stuff I am doing ou would recommend others to do during this time. Obvious statement is obvious, but...no matter what toi do don't risk your health for any of this! It's just for fun. So let's get started then!
Take a Bubble Bath 🛀 ou douche 🚿
For me, relaxing with a warm bath ou taking a nice long douche is both physically and mentally helpful during this time. First of all toi get clean! Secondly, it's (usually) relaxing. If toi can, find some menthol whether in soap ou bubble bath to pour in to clear out your sinuses also if you're sick ou if toi just like the smell like I do.
Play The Sims 4 💚
If toi have a PC ou Mac, right now link is having a sale on many packs. Most stuff packs not included. But the base game is $5! Yep, that's right. It is $5!!! The sale will be going on until March 23, so get it while toi can! Although I must warn you, toi will be addicted after so buyer beware 😉
Color 🎨
If you've got anxiety ou depression over your job ou health ou of the health of your loved ones, it helps to just color. Trust me. Whether toi color in coloring livres ou on a tablet ou phone, it is worth it. There are many free apps to download with many unique pictures to color. It is low stress and the outcome is great. I use Paint par Number & Tap Color daily, and all of their pictures are free. If you'd like to step up your "gaming" a little, there is another amazing app called 'Gallery the game' that is a coloring/decorating rolled into one.

lire is one of the most accessible things online toi can do, and I mean lire actual livres not just articles. If your bibliothèque is closed, and toi don't own much lire material there are some other options for you. If toi look at link and sort par 'price low to high' toi will find many completely FREE livres to download to your Kindle ou app on your phone. toi just need an amazone, amazon account, which is free to create.

If your options are limited in what to watch as toi don't have cable ou DVDs, there are some other ways toi can watch. toi can stream. It's a perfect time to take advantage of free trials as some companies are extending it for a mois as opposed to a week ou even two weeks.

I can't physically write because I have arthritis and gripping a pen for too long is painful. But I have recently started up a blog I made years il y a and adding to it. I deleted all old posts and started over. Nobody's lire it, but I don't need them to. It's for ME. Do something for YOU. Talk about your pets, your fashion style, the area toi live in. It can be very therapeutic to just get something off your chest, whatever it may be. toi can find many sites that are free for blogs. I use Blogspot.
Bake Something Sweet 🧁
Most of the time, people tend to have ingredients for a cake mix ou biscuits, cookies so that's why I suggested this. Luckily because of the fact that I have a sweet tooth that is unmatched, I am always prepared for this. I have stuff to make cupcakes, brownies, and biscuits, cookies and I'll be taking advantage of that a lot in the coming days.
Make Some Time for YOU!! 👍
This is perhaps the most important thing on the list, because if toi don't take care of yourself how can toi expect to take care of anyone/anything else? If toi have young children ou family ou Friends at accueil with you, just set aside a couple hours just for you. Don't go on social media, maybe don't even watch TV. I like to lay in lit and listen to classical ou soft jazz, color on my iPad ou continue lire one of many livres on my to be read list. If your accueil is a loud and chaotic one, consider using earplugs if toi have them ou putting something over your ears.
