If Gong Hyo Jin accepts this role, she, like Cha Tae Hyun, would be playing a ten-year veteran variety montrer PD. Kim Soo Hyun would be playing a rookie PD who used to be a prosecutor, and IU would be playing an idol who made her debut at age 13 and has been populaire for ten years. Based on current information, it's unclear if Gong Hyo Jin and Cha Tae Hyun would form their own loveline while Kim Soo Hyun and IU fall in l’amour (similar to the older/younger romance sets in toi Are All Surrounded) ou if IU will play the seconde female lead to Gong Hyo Jin's leading lady. Whatever the case, it sounds unlikely that Gong Ho Jin will be the seconde female lead.
Aside from Cha Tae Hyun, none of the stars have officially confirmed their participation in the drama, but the fact that none of their agencies have denied the offers and they are all "considering favorably" is a good sign at this point.
