find a comfy position ... close your eyes .

(wait for them to be comfortable)


imagine toi have no body ,you are lighter than air , your in a rue with a black tarmacked road.

your looking down at the road.

all toi can see is the black road... its dark and totaly silent.

it begins to rain..

still looking at the blackness of the tar

toi see a puddle forming..
toi have no reflection so toi can see the sky and many ripples in the puddle..

toi can hear the rain dripping in the puddle
toi can feel toi coolness of a warm breeze
toi can feel a feeling of peace
as the rain stops

the rain has stopped
toi look around and toi notice the black road is now a river.

a radeau is difting towards toi very slowly
still with no body toi drift towards the raft

your spirit gets onto the raft, still invisible and lighter than air toi lay back.

your on the radeau ... from above just a radeau is visable ... drifting slowly along

the water is very reflective...

it reflects many colours...

(this is where toi ask the person to keep their eyes shut but discribe what they can see)
