I think Cameron and Chase will stay together this season, which is actually a good sign because House is signed on for a few more seasons and no way the writers can keep Chameron interesting for that long. So, perhaps at the end of the series there will be a big breakup in Chameron... and House and Cameron get together! (Here's to hoping.)
