Maybe I'm just against Lily (for breaking his heart and making him hurt for so long, and I kind of blame her for his death, sorry for the other spoiler), but she seemed too...shallow and unwilling to be understanding of him. I'm aware that she just didn't feel the same way for him, and she had every right to follow her heart and be happy. But she should have tried to let him down easily, and help him move on or something. She was very cold to him, and therefore spawned a lot of hurt and regret. Don't get me wrong, the books show that she was an amazing person, just like James was. But they also had their flaws. The greatness of Harry Potter. :) I love you J.K.
