The book is always better then the movie. In movies you can't have as many details, because no one wants to watch a 12 hr movie.

I LOVE the books so much. The films don't capture what makes the books so great, the little things. The details and regular things in the story. The movies are just hollowed out... I don't think Harry Potter should've even been made.. At least until they could find a way to do it properly.

Always better. The movies have to cut the plot down so it fits and end up losing essential information. When JKR wrote the books, every piece fit together like a puzzle, now there are holes from missing pieces and it'll affect the final two movies. I understand that it can't be the same, but they can try to not cut so much important information.
