Fail. Is there any reason toi actually like it besides the characters are hot? I don't understand how people like Twilight :/ It's not written well and the characters have no developement. There really isn't even a plot except people trying to kill Bella and her wanting to be a vampire. She doesn't even seem to want to be a vampire, she just seems in l’amour with the idea of living with Edward forever. That's it. I just think Twilight is a shallow book because all it talks about is how looks are better than brains and if your pretty your automatically populaire and smart.

Twilight is simply a l’amour story. Harry Potter is so much more. It is a story about a boy trying to avenge his parents, trying to save the world, trying to take down the most evil wizard of all time, & somewhere along the way, he also finds love. Twilight is all love, love, love, kiss, kiss, Kiss boohoo. Harry Potter is full of action with just enough romance that toi don't end up bored out of your minds.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that Harry Potter is "better." toi cant say things like that because it isn't neccesarily true. They are two different book series. I just like Harry Potter better, but that's my opinion & i respect u if u don't feel the same

When the ‘Eclipse’ film was released in the theaters my sister and I went to see it. But in a theater, with 14 screens, we couldn’t get a siège anywhere. And with Harry Potter, not one problem getting a seat, in fact a lot of rows are empty. Because Twilight has become plus popular. I know I didn’t imagine all the sold out signs everywhere a week before ‘Eclipse’ came out.

Moral of the story: Twilight is better!

Yeah, I think HP is better than twilight because in my personal opinion, Twilight is not realistic in ANY sense of the word. It's almost like Bella is in a parallel universe. I don't know, maybe Bella a volé, étole the 'Tardis' and ended up in an alternate reality ou something...
But, anyway, it doesn't make sense that the new girl becomes populaire instantaneously. Perhaps after a few weeks, but not straight away. It just doesn't realisticly comprehend.
But then, and here's the big crunch, there's actually parts of it that SEEM realistic. Like school and shiz like that, toi know, the boring stuff toi don't actually like to read about (or I don't at least). but then, ONCE AGAIN, the alternate reality kicks in, and she manages to get REALLY GOOD results, after taking barely any notice to her academic commitments. So yeah, twilight, in my opinion, is kind of...abhorrent in a most commodious manner...x

Alright, so I've been lire through commentaires between Potter fans and Twilight fans debating on which is better on many different websites. And do toi know what I've realized? Twilight fans cannot type. They write horribly.

Here is an example of what I mean:

Question: "So which book do toi think is better, Harry Potter ou Twilight?"

Harry Potter Fan: "Well, I prefer Harry Potter because...(gives well written intelligent reason explaning why he/she likes it better)

Twilight fan: "OMG TWILIGHT IS SO MUCH BETTER, CUZ EDWARD IS LIKE THE HOTTEST GUY EVAR!TWILIGHT IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN THAT PIECE OF CRAP toi CALL HP! WHO LIKES STUPD WIZARDS ANYWAY? TWILIGHT!!!!!!! OMG ITS SO MUCH plus BETTER!!! OMG"

Anyway, judging par the commentaires I've read from both sides of the argument Harry Potter is clearly the better series. Harry Potter fans come across as intelligent likable people with good écriture and reasoning skills. Twilight fans come across as - for lack of a better word - idiots.

I would l’amour to see a Twilight supporter come up with a valid reason for liking it better than HP, but I dought it will happen. So based on that, Harry Potter is clearly the superior series.
