H2O: Just Add Water fan Club! Question

How to get hair like Cleo's from H2O: Just Add Water Series 3?

Besides what my "How to: Look like Cleo Sertori" article said, I've been having some trouble figuring out what hair type Cleo Sertori had in Season 3 of H2O. What layers did she have, was it thinned, texturized, what highlights, and anymore additional information about how she had her hair cut in Series 3 of H2O, would be great! Thanks!
