Lets hope this is one big cul, ass rumour
but according to Buddy TV Katherine Heigl who plays our blond beauty Dr Izzie (Issobel) Stevens wants to leave Grey's to pursue her jouer la comédie career.

Apparently this has been brought on par her sucess with 27 Dresses & Knocked Up

According to BuddyTV Katie has been begging the writers to kill of her character in a way that will give the montrer plus ratings. But she has a contract for the suivant several years with Touchstone & ABC. Would they really let her go?

Supposedly Katie believes she may have "grown out" of Grey's

Is this even true?Do toi want that to happen? Do toi want her to leave? What would the montrer be like without her? Tbh I really dont know.

x-missmckena-x not that im he biggest fan of izzie or katherine for that matter i have to say that killing her character off would be on of the worst things the show could possibly do in terms of ratings! unfortunatly she is one of the more popular characters and if she still has a few years to go she should just be patient!

inespinto Well I love Izzie so I really hope it's a rumor! and in terms of the show I don't think it's going to help ratings at all, I don't think killing on of the main characters is ever a good move

merderluver seriously! i'm not her biggest fan, but the rest of my family is. i think it would drop the shows rating. i actually don't have anything new to add except i agree with all of you

tubby2002 Urg, that sucks. I really hope that she stays, I would hate to see her character die off. If she wants to leave the show so bad have her leave Seatle Grace, just please dont kill her. Then again, if she died she could be reunited with Denny!

solsis I get really annoyed when characters leave shows! Im not the biggest Izzie fan but can a show start and end with the same characters for once!!??

Gibraltariana I think if Katherine Heigl WANTS to leave, then I hope for HER they let her go. If it weren't of her own will, then I would have a problem with it (I happen to despise Izzie, but KH is NOT Izzie and I would hate to see anyone get fired unless they did something terrible)but if it is then God Speed.

jarawr why is EVERYONE leaving......First Burke.......and Addison......ugh she needs to stop complaining.........the show got her FAR and it gave her a career.

famousnot I DONT WANT IZZIE TO LEAVE. Some people may not like her character in Grey's but to me she is the most interesting of the fab5, (the other is Alex.) Izzie is a psychological study of a poor , beautiful, ambitious girl who desperately needs to fit in. I love her character and i love KH playing Izzie. I love her movies too but she has time for that. She is not that old and she is very talented. 2 more years on Greys is not such a long time to wait out.

Melly_zen KH is a very beautiful and full of talent actress. I love her very much playing Izzie and she was a real inspiration for me. She is very deep and profound. I wish her all the best in the world and I think that GA will be crippled without her kind beauty and deep emotions. I really love her playing Izzie so I hope she’ll change her mind….If not I hope that she will always choose complex characters. I think they suits her perfectly.
