conkman56 That's Paula Cracker, the band's first guitarist and 2D's old girlfriend. Here's how the storyline worked out: In the early days of Gorillaz (in fact, so long ago it was still named "Gorilla") 2D was dating a girl named Paula Cracker. The band, which only consisted of 2D, Murdoc and Russel at the time, were looking for a guitarist and since Paula played guitar and was dating 2D, they accepted her as the final bandmate. However, once Paula saw Murdoc, she fell in love with him, commenting that: "Ooh, I knew he was the one for me!!". The two eventually had sex in in the washrooms of Kong (Stall 3 to be exact) but were caught by Russel, who presumed to smash Murdoc's face in, breaking his nose in several places. Needless to say, Paula was kicked out of the band. However, its evident Murdoc has no concious on the issue, stating that he was doing 2D a "favour" by getting rid of Paula, as she's quite ugly and a bit crazy. "Ghost Train" is the only song that Paula is credited with performing in.

I'd say she should go to Hell but 1.she doesn't exist 2.that would be evil and karma would get me for that and 3.I don't believe in Hell. But hopefully the karma of being replaced by Noodle was cruel enough.

C-GODZILLA I like 2D and all but...eeer... i don't feel sorry for him. And i don't hate Paula either. There are lots of people who already suffered from this same situation. Some of them didn't had any support. They just had to accept it and move on with their lives. If those people can do it, why the hell shouldn't 2D be able to do it? He already moved on (i guess), and that's good! ... sooo...yeah. That's pretty much it.
