(Puck was alone in a classroom, looking over some study papers for a test. He had a hard time trying to get ready for a geography test coming up. Finn, Rory, and Sam all came in at sat at his table.)
Finn: toi look down.
Sam (looking at Puck's study papers): Wow. This is the first time I've seen toi poke your nose in some notes in a long time.
Puck: I have to get ready for this test. I'm having a hell of a hard time with this.
Rory: When is the test?
Puck: Tomorrow.
(Silence.)
Sam: And you're just now saying this because--
Puck: I saw my dad yesterday.

(Puck had a flashback when he was in his backyard with his father. He had some bottles of scotch in a box. He gave a bottle to his son.)
Mr. Puckerman: I wanted to give toi this just in case toi remember me one jour later on and toi want to get wasted ou something.
Puck: Dad, I've been drunk before. It's nothing new.
Mr. Puckerman (confused): So...you're, like, 22 ou something?
Puck: I'm still in high school.
Mr. Puckerman: Are toi sure? My son's supposed to be small with a head of hair and--
Puck: toi don't remember leaving me at all, do you?
(The guy who played Puck's father, Thomas Calabro, was silent. Then he got out of character.)
Thomas (confused): How did I get here?!

(The flashback ended. Finn, Sam, and Rory looked at each other, and then at Puck.)
Finn: Well, we're going to help. Where do we get started at?
Puck: Right here, I guess.

(Finn, Puck, Sam, Rory, and the rest of the Glee guys stayed after school to help study. They stayed until 5:30 p.m. They were all tired.)
Rory (pointing to a map): What direction is Derry located?
Puck (annoyed): I don't know! I mean, I've been sitting in the same chair for an heure and 45 minutes, trying to figure out réponses to where Irish countries are. Can we déplacer on?
Artie: toi put this on yourself, Puck.
Puck (to Artie): You're one to talk. toi Lost Brittany because toi were mean to her. Now look where toi are: alone.
Artie: At least she got the truth told to her.
Finn (yelling): Enough! We're going to get this studying down, and Puck's passing this test.
(Everyone suddenly stops arguing. Tired, the boys continued with their study session.)
Sam: In which country is Madrid located?
Puck: I told you, I don't know.
Sam: You're not even trying.
Puck (rubbing his forehead): I don't--India? Greenland? Spain? How am I supposed to--
Finn: Wait, what did toi say?
(Silence.)
Puck: Madrid is...in Spain.

(The boys look at him with a surprised look on his face.)
Finn: Dude, toi did it.
Puck (smiling): Yeah, I did!
(Everyone cheers in relief.)
Mike: Cool then.
Joe: You're going to ace this test.
Artie: Just a few plus questions to go.
Blaine (cheering): This calls for a song!
(But before Blaine sings, Finn stops him.)
Finn: Dude...not that excited suivant time.
Blaine: It's Glee. We do it all the time.
Finn: Not in time of concentration. Control yourself!
Blaine (to himself): Piss off...
