I had to put Envy on there. XD But I think Ling and Greed both are like brothers to them.

Definitely Ling. xD I've always kinda seen him as a 3rd Elric brother...like the annoying little brother they never had. (Even though he's technically older, haha.) Ed and Al can get so wrapped up in their own angst sometimes; Ling balances that out and provides some delicious comic relief.

I always thought Ling was like a brother to Ed and Al,especially charging Ed with room service,he added some laughs..and even tough times..when Ling wanted to obtain immortality and let Greed's soul mesh in his body..(which wasn't my favorite of his ideas),even though he had a good intent to it..it ended up costing him..I kind of wish he didn't want the immortality..and he would've just stayed the way he was.

roy really cares about the two elrics and he watches over them to make sure nothing bad happens to them. isnt that what makes a "brother", a brother?
