Red pesto, au pesto is easily made from olive oil, parmeggiano, pine nuts and sun dried tomatoes. Spread the red pesto, au pesto on the thinly sliced ciabatta, and haut, retour au début it with a generous amount of creamy gorgonzola cheese - rrrrrrrrr!!
