Tidus: He was picked up and carried to a different world, no hiss fit.

Yuna: Do I really need to say anything. She's willing to give herself as a living sacrifice.

Auron: He keeps his promises even in death, that's some serious commitment

Lulu and Wakka: both lost Chapuu but didn't wallow in self pitty or let that get in the way of being guardians

Kimahri: Left home to fullfill a dying mans wish and live as an outcast to protect Yuna.

Rikku: Helped in a quest she didn't believe in to find a better way.

Well...I played FFX, right? And I kept Yuna in my party for the Aeons til the end, right? Yeah...she ended up hitting the max (physical attack AND magical, mind you) with break damage limit...so...yeah...

To be honest I think Lulu is the strongest character. Her black magic saves me A LOT. Yuna isn't the strongest character at all. She's just a damn healer.

I'm actually leaning in the direction of Rikku and Yuna because they have the strongest special abilities that no one else can use. Everyone else seems kind of weak in comparison now that I think about it.

Auron is definitely made to be the strongest, at least physically. Still, by the end of the game, my Tidus was three times as fast, twice as strong, and had over 16000 hp, so he made Auron look like a joke.
And Yuna kicks butt, but without her summons she's pretty much just a white mage. Mine was never built to be much of a beast or anything... but she's got Holy goin for her.

The question was who's the strongest and I base that on their starting stats however the answer quickly changes when I flip in my head the word strongest to most powerful or useful. From the moment I get Rikku she is in EVERY battle. She has so many uses through out the entire game from theft, to damage, to status effects. Once I complete her grid I take her backwards through Yuna's because her magic starts kind of high. She then becomes a support, healer, thief, status effect, and physical threat. By the time she's done with Yuna's her speed is over 100 and getting almost 3 times the turns as any enemy and twice the turns of most allies other than Yuna and Tidus. Then I take her backwards through Tidus's until she makes it to the end of Auron's then by this point she's ridiculously fast, able to deal, 4-6k per attack and able to use quick attack. I finished off Ultima Weapon only using her with quick attack. No one else got a turn... including Ultima... She's the best.

Ohh btw... I don't think 4-6k damage is impressive... alone... but 4-6k damage 10 times... wait one turn and then 10 more times... wait 2 turns then 10 more times is however VERY impressive...

But if we take game-play into consideration then it various and it's 100% up to the player who the strongest will be.
