Leon's Not Coming Back, And I'm Happy For Him

Leon is one of my favori characters in the Fast and Furious franchise. "Who?" is the most common response among casual fans when I mention this. Leon was only in the first movie and according to a récent interview (link) with the actor who played him, Johnny Strong, he's probably not coming back.

And toi know what? I'm glad.

When I first learned that Universal Pictures planned to release an eighth film for its FAST AND FURIOUS franchise, a collective groan swelled within me. I was not in the mood for this franchise to continue. Hell, I was not in the mood for a seventh film, two years ago. And to be perfectly frank, I was not that impressed par that seventh film, "FURIOUS 7". In fact, I was willing to delay my viewing of this latest film, until it was released on DVD.
