Like caramelmilk said, if its for a person's personal artwork, or if the person is in the content in some way, then thats fine. But people mass uploading other people's LJ icons, or even their own icons (for a tv show or whatever) its lame. There are some pretty big spots in which a whore's username is one of the top keywords. Its so irritating for the rest of us.

I only put my name is keywords if it's a video or picture I created myself...

If you put up an image that you have done yourself, write it in the credit instead of the keyword.

Well it can be good so that you can just search what you're uploaded, but it can get annoying and too much.

Ah! Thats what i was scared of! Sometimes it is,sometimes its not. If we are contributing in our personal clubs or any user's clubs then there is nothing bad in writting the username as keyword!
