my only guess as to why is you refanned a spot or you just unfanned a spot.

First one is right =D Second one is close but not right, if I had unfanned a spot the medal would have disappeared too and if I had refanned it would have come back after a while.

Your profile says you have 27 medals but you really only have 26... I'd hazard a guess that maybe that's because you HAD 27 medals then un-fanned a club or something.

ineedcoffee was pretty much right =D I had the medal in a spot that got deleted. It wasn't a duplicate though, it was the "nudity" spot.
