Question 7..Where can I find the FAQs?
I usually rapporter these kind of picks/answers and they get deleted as they are effectively spam. The drawback is: all information users leave in the commentaires is lost.
link seems to only be used par a limited number of fans and though I use it frequently I hate how all information is Lost in the multiple pages after a while.
I found the officiallinkdon't cover all the basics as I usually like to refer people there.
Also this is in no way meant to rival the very well writtenlink which is much plus detailed.

1b)How do I supprimer a user from my fan list?
Go your profil and click on "fans".
toi will see a liste of icones and the names of the users toi fanned. suivant to their name toi see a little red cross. When toi click on the traverser, croix the user is deleted from your liste of fans.
Note: The person will NOT be informed. But some users keep a close eye on their fancount and might research if they see it dropping. They will however NOT get a message saying they were dropped from someone else's fanlist.
2)How do I composer an article (old name is Soapbox)?
Go to the appropriate club.
chercher before écriture a new article. articles are supposed to be written par users! If toi find a funny article someone wrote on the Internet post it as a link.
Scroll down to the articles box.

3)How do I get a medal?
Medals (little dots toi get on your profil in green,yellow and red) are awarded par the SITE (unlike hommages which are awarded par USERS see Question 11) for your contributions. No one knows how it really works. Just know that if toi contribute a lot of good content toi will be rewarded. The F4 won't tell anyone how ou when. toi can read plus in the site'slink

5) How do I make a club (old name spot)?
Search!! See if the club already exists. See if a similar club exists. chercher again using other terms to see if toi are not making a duplicate club.

8) How do I change my user icon?
(personal tip from me: DON'T attempt par sending me your mot de passe and asking ME to change it for you..that will just result in me having fun BUT your image will never be changed)
Instead save a picture to your link. When uploading toi will be asked if the image is supposed to be your new user icon. Check that box!
toi can only have images toi previously added to your gallery as a user icon. If toi want another icone click on the little "person" symbol beneath the image (there is a picture in the article I linked) in your gallery and your icone will automatically be changed.

10) How do I supprimer a spot I created?
In short: toi can't supprimer a spot yourself!
Once a spot is soumis it belongs to the community of fanpop.com.
toi can however link a spot toi made. Click on the rapporter flag on the haut, retour au début of the spot and choose the reason as to why the spot should be deleted.
Also toi can leave a commentaire in the "notes" box.
Do not overuse this function! THINK before toi make a new spot!
10a) How do I supprimer my profile?

Click on the "edit profile" symbol underneath your profil info and scroll to the bottom. Type in your mot de passe and click "remove my account".

11) How do I get a prop?
By contributing great content ou leaving nice commentaires on other peoples contributions. Other users on the site compliment toi par rewarding toi with hommages and often a nice personal message.

14) How do I rapporter content?
Look for a little grey flag suivant to the item toi want to report. Clicking that will open options (depending on the content) click the one that Suits – Avocats sur Mesure the most e.g. "spam".
Be sure to add additional information in the little notes box.
e.g.when reporting a quizz question: "The correct answer is "1876" but it is not given." Read my commentaire link why using the notes box is so important.

You can not supprimer a pick toi made yourself. Use the rapporter flag and give the reason why it should be removed in the notes section.

Once a quizz has been answered toi can't éditer the réponses anymore. If toi made a mistake (marking the wrong answer as "correct" rapporter the question and put an explanation in the notes section. The F4 will then éditer it to the correct response (if it's given) and all scores will be recalculated. If the correct answer is NOT donné the question will be removed but toi can soumettre it again with the correct answer.

After the spot is created toi click on the pencil symbol that says "edit spot" (located on the right, underneath the standard banner, suivant to the rapporter button). This will take toi to the editing page where toi can mettre en ligne both icone and banner.Uploading might take a moment- make sure toi wait its completed before hitting submit.

Also remember: The spot belongs to the community. toi as a spot creator have the power to change the icone and banner but don't drive fans of the spot crazy par constantly changing them.

21) How do I block a user from sending me messages?
Open a message they sent you. On the bottom of the message toi will find several options: reply, delete, block user,return to inbox. Press "block user". In your message section toi can always click "blocked users" on the haut, retour au début line to see people toi blocked. They will not be notified of this. Their messages will be sent normally and toi will NOT get notified (no envelope and no "new message number". It will however stay in your trash folder until toi supprimer it for good. If people spam toi continuously ou send abusive messages rapporter them ou contact the F4 directly. Don't use this option lightly especially when it comes to personal feuds.

You can not change your username. Once toi have created a profil its there to stay. toi can rapporter it and then make a new account but I advise toi not to. Once toi are a part of the community that's your name, this is how people will recognize you

Flickerflame ^It can't be done. You can't have a gif as an icon. It was only possible for a short while, years ago, as part of a glitch. They probably take up too much space.

xXxAngelessxXx has something changed? because i can't block because that option isn't visible under that person's message and i want to block them ^^;; is there another way this can be done?
LowriLorenza89 ^I just checked and it was possible for me. Go to your inbox and open a message from whoever you want to block. Click on Block User (the third green button beneath the message). A warning comes up asking if you're sure you want to move their future messages to trash, so select Yes there.
