It was probably reported as a duplicate, much like this question should be... If toi made a club for something that already has a club here, then it will have been reported as a duplicate.
Alternatively, toi may have made a club that was inappropriate for fanpop (ie because of sexual material, ou it was abusive).
If toi are still confused, share with us the name ou subject of the club that toi made and someone might know something about it.

well, there is not already a celebi club... and celebi is not inaproppriate...
If toi create a club without adding any content within a certain amount of time afterwards, sometimes it gets deleted. If toi did mettre en ligne content after creating it try going to the clubs on your page and filter par number of members then go to the last page, it should be there.
