Does Anybody Know If toi Block Someone From Contacting toi Does That Mean They Can't Rate Your Stuff?

Blocking only prevents the private messages they send toi from reaching your account. It does not block them from any other behavior on Fanpop.

it doesnt prevent rating (seeee how the new system is a good idea now?) ou commenting BUT toi can rapporter the user should they write offensive comments. in réponses ou forums toi can rapporter the response directly ou if its on one of your images, vidéos etc
copy and paste the url into the notes section when reporting the user. this way the f4 can be alerted to the persons behaviour. if they misbehave the f4 can warn them ou if they REALLY misbehave ban them.
normally its best to just ignore weird people on the net. if they do get really creepy though toi can always contact the f4. dont try to make matters into your own hands.
