fanpop Question

Umm, a little help please?

I keep trying to click on a certain fan's name so I could become a fan of them, but whenever I do, it goes back to the fanpop accueil page. Any suggestions?

How would a person become banned? Could they also have just de-activated the account?

nope, toi cant deactivate your account, people get banned for violating the terms of service..let me refer toi to some articles
