On fanpop accueil page there is a bar that is green and in the upper right (on my browser). It says "Start a new club". If this was not what toi were asking, sorry.
fanpop doesn't allow new members to create clubs instantly. toi have to wait a few months after creating your account before toi can start a new club. It's supposed to make the creation of duplicate ou spam clubs less likely.
