HELP: What kind of celebrity photos we can mettre en ligne here on fanpop?

Please I want to protect my account from ban issue because posting photos without copyrights would be a violation of fanpop's terms of service.
So I'd like to know what célébrités photos are we allowed to mettre en ligne here on fanpop?
The fanpop team saying that we can not mettre en ligne photos like the following examples:

- Paparazzi photos (Photos from the following sources are generally from paparazzi: JustJared, TMZ, Hollywood Gossip, Perez Hilton, OMG, etc.)
- photos on the set
- Behind-the-scenes candid photos
- photos of célébrités shopping, at the airport, shopping, eating out, running errands, parties ou galas, walking around, going out, walking in the park, on vacation, etc.
- Red carpet, premiere ou after party photos
- Award montrer photos: Grammies, Oscars, Golden Globes, Teen Choice, MTV VMAs, CMAs, etc.
- Live concert photos on stage
- Photoshoots ou photocalls
- Conference photos

All of them are taken par a photographer who owns the copyrights. Like someone said, maybe screencaps.. in that screencap section that doesn't work anymore :(
Because honestly... who would pay for the rights to post them? I know sites of galleries - and there the photos are marked with the name of that specific site - where the owners are buying that stuff to post it on their own site. But I've never seen normal members buying license for pics to post them.. If we posté was only to share.. like I've seen a picture on tumbrl ou fb and I posté it here.
If we can't do even this anymore.. I don't know what to say.. until now it wasn't this problem, maybe the rules have changed :(
