what happens if your account gets suspended?

ok, so i'm using my brother's account right now. (im chocolate18) Because my account got suspended. it's been one week now. will i get my account back?
and i dont really know if someone hacked my profil ou anything 'cause i dont know what i did wrong.( if it's about the debate, well, it IS a débats spot where toi should defend your answer so its no reason to rapporter me)
