Is there any way to get My mises à jour liste them further back than just 1 day?

It's not the last day; it's just the 100 most récent mises à jour (pages 1 - 5, with 20 to a page). Depending on how many clubs are in your liste and/or what mises à jour filter toi use, that could be anything from the past three months to the last ten minutes.

In general, toi get a liste that goes further back if toi use the drop-down filter. For instance, toi could sort par "Articles" and probably see a lot further back than, say, "Picks" (and certainly further back than "All updates").
