Zoey parked her car in front of Daphne’s house. She tapped the wheel, waiting for Cas and Daphne to get out as quick as possible, so she could drive away as fast as she was legally allowed to. Her nose really hurt and Daphne wouldn’t let Cas heal her.
“Before I get out, there’s something I need to say” Daphne started and Zoey had the feeling that whatever her sister was about to say it wasn’t an apology.
“I’m going to change the locks” Daphne said. “I know toi still have a key of the house and I can’t have toi sneaking in each time toi feel like it”
Zoey shook her head in disbelief. She searched her pockets and conjured a key. “Don’t bother” she a dit cold and she threw the key at Daphne. “Here’s your key. I won’t be dropping par anytime soon”
Without saying goodbye Daphne got out of the car and ordered Cas to do the same.
“I’m sorry” he mumbled to Zoey, before getting out. He followed Daphne inside and while she took her phone and dialed a number he read a note someone had stuck on the cupboard door.
‘Hope toi like your new kitchen. Love, Meg’
Cas smiled weak and put the note in his pocket, right before Daphne entered the kitchen.
“They’ll be here tomorrow” she said, waving the phone. Cas grabbed the phone and smashed it against the wall. “What’s wrong?” Daphne asked.
“I’m going to bed” Cas a dit short.
“What? It’s not even six o’clock yet. We didn’t even have souper yet” Daphne protested.
“I’m not hungry” Cas said. “You’re an awful cook anyway”
Daphne slapped him in the face. “Don’t ever say that again! I am not a bad cook!”
“I didn’t say toi were bad, I a dit toi were awful” Cas a dit insensitive. Daphne slapped him again…and again…and again. She kept slapping him until Cas grabbed her shoulders and pushed her ahead. She hit the window in the living room and landed hard on the drive.

It was five minutes to Midnight. Jeremy wandered around at Fell’s Church, glancing at his watch. He looked around to see if the nurse wasn’t there yet. He heard murmur behind him and turned around quickly.
“Don’t say I’m late” the nurse a dit when Jeremy opened his mouth. She looked around to see if no one could see them.
“I doubt anyone’s going to see this” Jeremy mumbled. The nurse sighed and put her hand in her pocket. She took out a cylinder box and gave it to Jeremy. Sonata it said. “It’s a new medicine. It only stays in your body for a short time, and it works if toi have trouble falling asleep. It’s safe, but take only one. If something happens it’s on me” she a dit worried.
“No one would know toi gave me the pills” Jeremy said. “I’m not going to betray you”
“Well, that’s a relief” the nurse a dit cynical.
“Hey, can I know your name?” Jeremy asked.
But the girl was already gone.
