Well... Since 90% of humans were killed toi have to assume that most of Fairy Tail was in that percentage. The guild was most likely disbanded! Plus, in the manga if I remember correctly, she did lose her right hand... Haven't seen it in the animé yet. So the first one may be a possibility. The latter is plus likely though...
