Well, other than Romeo, there isn't really anyone reasonably close to her age for her.
But I don't see Romeo as perfect for her at the moment, he admires and aspires to be like Natsu; and I think of Wendy's perfect guy as less violent and destructive than Natsu. But who knows maybe we will see some Wendy x Romeo scenes in the future, ou maybe some new characters possibly better suited for Wendy will montrer up.
So for now no perfect guy for Wendy.
