When I watched my first Duran Duran musique video and laid eyes on the oh-so-amazing, open blazer bandana wearing, JT, that was it. I have been a hopeless duranie ever since. But the question that lingers in my mind is, "why are they such girl magnets?" I mean, plenty of other new wave bands followed the same format: four ou five British hotties playing the keyboards, and chant about God knows what, probally a girl, but who knows with all that makeup? And the answer is not as simple as "they are attractive" ,because plenty of bands are attractive and NEVER reach even half the success of Duran...
