I screw up a lot, so I have to be able to erase my mistakes. I fill the picture in with color after I get the drawing just right.

Pencils to draw. Pens to ink the outlines. And colored pencills to color them.

i usually start with a pencil.. then i ink them, and color it afterwards^_^

I also like sharpies and ball-point pens.
But everything starts with pencil.

I draw with pencils and some time pens but mostly pencils :D

i often use a lead pencil and when people find out after seeing my drawing they freak its so hilarious :D

I feel more comfortable using a pencil because I mess up, it's easier to fix. I use a pen sometimes but it really depends on what I'm drawing, and I stay away from colored pencils as much as possible. I'll only use them if I'm drawing something for someone and they want it in color.

I use a penicl, then when I'm done I ink it with a super fine tipped sharpie marker

For the past 5 or so years I've preferred to draw using pens. That way, there's no turning back if you make mistakes and you have to work around them! I admit it can be tough at times, but I certainly feel I've improved since I've been doing this.
