There's a problem, It can't be on the VC, because of Jetpac's inclusion & it can't be remade for retail or Wiiware by Rare because they're owned by Microsoft.
The 3DS has more functions than the DS or DSi.
The New Nintendo 3DS adds two more buttons and a control nub as a second c-stick.
