Rottweiler, not a fan of cute "toy" sized dogs. Every dog has a original purpose but I like Rotts because they are powerful and protective chiens and they do well with their family.

Yeah, the only little dog I've ever liked is my uncle's West Highland Terrier, but he's a bit larger than your normal Westie. But I like Rottweilers, I knew someone who had one and she such an adorable and nice dog and she was very hyper-active.
LABRADORS! Though that's my personal opinion and it may depend on who your asking. But I think all chiens can be good chiens if toi train them properly.
My best friend in elementary school had a yellow lab. I wanted to take her accueil with me, she was so sweet! We had a chocolat lab. She was a wild one.

The Golden Retriever because it is a veryy good family dog and its a very sweet dog breed! I have one and everyone loves him even the little kids. he is big but they all still l’amour him! So I say the Golden Retriever and its not just because of the looks:) although that works too
They really are good family dogs. We had one when I was a kid and she was the best. She was easy to walk, she was lovable and as an added bonus, she got along with my beloved cat.
I l’amour lots of breeds, but I really like a golden retriever. Also my sister has a shih-tzu/cocker épagneul mix named Stella and she is SO adorable :)
Our current dog is a Flat-Coated Retriever, and she is the gentlest dog I have ever known. She will lay beside my baby brother and he will maul her muzzle, pull her fourrure and can be quite rough if we weren't there to stop him, but she just licks his fingers and doesn't growl ou anything. She has never bitten anyone in her entire life. Her only bad points is that she is very lazy, a glutton and is addicted to revolting and smelly substances (but I think almost all chiens are). Best family dog ever, best dog ever in general in my opinion.
I don't classify anything as the "best breed" but since I currently have the sweetest, most loving black lab girl I've ever known in my life right now; I have to give her the edge! But, it's not her breed, it's her wonderful personality and caring complexion. Nobody else on this earth loves me plus than she does! Her name is Stormy btw ^_^
