But that's what I always liked about the series...you never knew how but by the end of the season the whole plot line just came together and pulled all the plotlines together. But I can't see who they would bring into the series now as a companion. We have Amy and Rory, parents of 'River Song' ?? Who turns out to be the Doctor's (romantic) counterpart?? (And doesn't remembering the episodes from the Library just make you want to squall all over again thinking about that!?!) So, who are they going to bring into the story. Rory, Amy, River and ...? (Her murmured 'Spoilers' with that smile gets me every time....its so Doctor-ish. Besides, I keep having flashes of River Tam from Serenity/Firefly when I watch her fight....LOL Ooooh, that's a thought, I wonder if there is any fanfic out there with Doctor Who/River Tam....?) But, the love story of Rory and Amy has completed and become the story of them fighting for their child. I would like to see someone non-romantic added into the mix again. I still miss Donna. Non-romantic, true fate misaligned, and shortchanged as a companion. Wouldn't want her back with this new Doctor, but, that kind of true friend/companion, non-romance character, I would like. posted il y a plus d’un an.
