I love him!

I never expected until I looked at the choices that I'd vote for him this early, but when I think about it, I always thought he was a funny villain =).

I know I'm going to be voting for him forever but I think he's awesome. He's complex, entertaining, clever, sinister, and has an interesting past with Tramp.
