I think she's charming and just lovely. Yes, she isn't in the movie that much and we don't know her very well, but her love of romance, singing, and dreaming is the things on why I love her so much. Plus, I think she is the most beautiful out of all the princesses. She's my #2 favorite princess on my list. Just love her.

Believe it or not, I live in the same hometown as her voice actress does Knoxville, Tennessee. One of my best friends got to sit on her lap when she was about two years old & talk with her.

Really? I live in TN too....That is neat about the voice actress....I like Aurora but it would have been nice to seen more of her personality....

True, the girl could have used a bit more screentime (I think the movie got a bit sidetracked by the side-characters, really), but I think she's very kind, dreamy, funny, friendly, dedicated to duty, and overall, very likeable.

For quite awhile, Aurora/Sleeping Beauty/Briar Rose was my favorite Disney character. I have no idea what it was that made me love her the most for so long. Then again, my grandmother, who shares the same name as the actress for the movie, got to see it in theaters at age six and is still her favorite. At the age of four through present, I've been called her Briar Rose. I guess I used to be addicted to romance. When I first saw Beauty and The Beast with my mother, I fell in love with how much Belle resmbeled me at the time. Just until recently, she clung onto me. Now, even though she's more of a heroine then princess, Megara is after seeing the movie for the first time since I was six with my year younger brother. Something about those three characters remind them of me so much.
