I need a favor. I'm in the process of writing the article for the results from the favorite dp love story countdown. I like to add user comments to my articles, but so far Swanpride is the only one who has constantly provided useful comments behind her choices. Will you guys participate in this pick and give me some comments on which story you like/dislike? You can write about one story you like/dislike, or more. Thanks :)

Dislike:

Aladdin && Jasmine: Love based on lies is not a good way to start off.

Aurora && Phillip: Honestly I never understood why people like "love at first sight" stories so much. They are not realistic at all. Love takes time. It is "Lust at first sight."

Like:

Belle && Adam: My favorite<3. They actually took the time to fall in love.

Rapunzel && Flynn: Again they fell in love. You could see they were attracted to each other at first sight, but they did not think it was love. Then they got to know each other, became friends, then realized they were in love.

Snow/Prince- Its cute innocent, it might flatter some people that they leave such an impression on someone that they would go looking for them and marry them. Downside, the relationship never had a chance to grow into something more before the act of matrimony

Cindy/Charming-Oh the best way to get to know someone is to do an activity with them. Se was swept off her foot by a stranger despite not knowing who he was. Its kinda fishy but again another example of a guy looking for a girl he just met from a first impression

Aurora/Philip-An improvement on the last two cause there was at least some suspension on the girls part of having a guy pursue her that she doesn't know. Until he starts singing to her. Its cute but again not much time for development but still very romantic

Ariel/Eric- Finally a couple that the girl and guy are both equally gorgeous. This time the girl is pursuing the guy and the guy is a but shy but falls for her due to her voice and her personality. Its cute and they eventually fall in love with eachother for the right reason in the end

Belle/Beast- they had a one-sided friendship on the girls part(how could she know he used to be human) and the guy (who used to be human) develops feelings for her. The only "lovey dovey" parts of the story are the Ball Room scene which I am sure Belle still wasn't "in love" with him. I still think she wasn't "in love" with him but "loved" him because of his beastly appearance. Once he turned human she had a reason she could be "in love" idk I could be wrong

Jasmine/Aladdin- Now we are back to the guy trying to pursue the girl and she really isn't too much against it. Its cute but not my cup of tea since both characters have things about them I think could ruin a realtionship

Mulan/Shang- Not really a couple more like, they like eachother and have mutual respect for eachother (not counting the sequel)

Pocahontas/Smith- I don't consider them a love story becauseT they never married in the end and if you ask me the guy she did marry was not such a bad choice "good girls date bad boys, but marry the good guys"

Tiana/Naveen- This is the first time when the couple in question never pursue eachother and grew to love eachother through close trials and bonds

Rap/Flynn- Not a fan of this couple, I don't know it makes me feel weird, its not bad just not a fan

Snow White and the Prince: I just love how it wasn't shown so long in the movie, but they show so much love to each other during that little time. Their first meeting is the most romantic scene I have ever seen in a movie and the ending is so beautiful too.

Cinderella and Charming: It was too short and not interesting at all, they met and danced and then Cinderella runs away, so boring though the ending was okay.

Aurora and Phillip: A little bit creepy, but still an okay love story. I like how they didn't knew that they where meant for each other from the day Aurora was born, but they still ended up with each other.

Ariel and Eric: I love their first meeting, it's so romantic, but if they had a little more dialouge between each other it would be more interesting, but it's still a great love story.

Belle and Beast: I love how their love for each other grows over time, though I still prefer love at first sight. It's an unic love story because at first I thought it was impossible for them to fall in love with each other, but in the end they ended up with each other.

Jasmine and Aladdin: Not an interesting love story to me, their first meeting is interesting, but I hate how Aladdin lies all the time to Jasmine and that makes the love story less interesting.

Pocahontas and John Smith: It's an interesting love story, but since they didn't end up with each other I don't consider them as having a love story, not at least the same type as the other couples have.

Mulan and Shang: They don't have a love story at all, they are just best friends and I hate the fact that Mulan fell for Shang while she was in the army.

Tiana and Naveen: An okay love story, but I hate how they are always fighting about something, that makes the love story less interesting to me and I don't like the fact that they didn't love each other in the beginning and how they at one second loves each other, but than the next second they don't like each other at all.

Rapunzel and Flynn: Nice love story, their first meeting was incredibly funny and than they build their love in steps and they don't start to hate each other when they have come into each other a little more.
